Mitchell L. Goldstein was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1982 and the State of New York in 1989. He received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1982, having previously earned his B.S. from the American University, in 1979.
Mr. Goldstein began practicing as an associate with Goodman, Rothenberg & Galluccio in July of 1982. He was thereafter associated with the firm of Mandelbaum, Salsburg, Gold, Lazris Discenza & Steinberg from 1985 through 1996. He became associated with the firm of Kohn & Needle in 1996 and was a partner in the firm of Kohn, Needle & Goldstein from 1997 through 2001.
Mr. Goldstein concentrates his practice in several areas of civil litigation. He has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of motor vehicle personal injury and insurance litigation, premises and security negligence and workers compensation. He is also experienced in Arbitration on behalf of claimants and Physicians and has served as an American Arbitration Association and privately appointed Arbitrator in the personal injury field. He also represents non-profit institutions and is experienced in all phases of Municipal Court Practice.
Mr. Goldstein currently serves as the President of the Pine Brook Jewish Center, Montville, New Jersey. He has also served as a volunteer mentor for the Jewish Vocational Service, volunteer for the Association of Children of New Jersey and coaches for the Montville Township Youth Basketball League.
